We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SAM by way of market making.

The SAM-CE is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The SAM-CE is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The SAM-CE is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 February 2022 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 May 2022
