The Company wishes to inform that, YM Tengku Dato' Sri Uzir Bin Tengku Dato' Ubaidillah, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Company had converted 25,730,200 Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS") into new ordinary shares which are exempted from the general restriction on dealings outside closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(d) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements in relation to his interest in the securities of the Company.
1 ICPS is convertible into 1 new Citaglobal Berhad (formerly known as WZ Satu Berhad)'s share during the conversion period and no additional cash payment is required for the conversion of the ICPS by the ICPS holders. |
