Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 30 August 2022 in relation to the unconditional mandatory take-over offer by the Offeror.

We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2022, 5 September 2022 and 19 September 2022 and notification to the shareholders and warrant holders of MBGB in relation to the Offer dated 5 September 2022.

The Board of Directors of MBGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has today received a notification from Malacca Securities, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the offer document dated 20 September 2022 in relation to the Offer and the Form of Acceptance and Transfer have been published today on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website at https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement?company=2097 and MBGB’s website at http://www.mbgb.my/.

A summary notification has been despatched to the holders of Offer Securities in accordance with paragraph 11.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
