- HEADS OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN CFM AND EA MOBILITY HOLDING CO. LTD.

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 26 September 2022 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1. Further information on EA Mobility Holding and Energy Absolute Public Company Limited including but not limited to, the commencement date of business, the identity of its directors and major shareholders and their respective shareholdings, its principal business activities, and its expertise in the electric vehicle industry;
2. Whether the HOA is legally binding to the Parties;
3. Further information on the E-Bus, E-Truck and E-Ferry to be produced and/or distributed by the JVCO, including but not limited to the types, brand names and the target markets for each of the products;
4. The prospects of the electric vehicle industry in Malaysia;
5. The estimated financial commitment of CFM in undertaking the electric vehicle business (which includes assembly and production and the related infrastructures), the basis and breakdown of the financial commitment, and the source of funds;
6. How CFM intends to market and distribute the products in Malaysia given that it is new to the electric vehicle industry; and
7. The details of relevant authorities’ approvals, permits and licenses required to undertake the electric vehicle business including the assembly, production and distribution of the products, and the status of approvals todate.
