The Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to inform that the Company and Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd had mutually agreed to the termination of Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd as the Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 October 2022.
In replacement thereof, the Board has appointed Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad as the new Sponsor of the Company for a period of 6 months commencing from 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023.
