Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has entered into an escrow agreement with the Vendors and escrow agent on 14 September 2022. Further, the Company’s solicitors had confirmed that all conditions precedent set out in the SSA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SSA has become unconditional on 30 September 2022.
