We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2022, 5 September 2022, 19 September 2022, 20 September 2022, 21 September 2022 and 23 September 2022 in relation to the Offer as well as the offer document dated 20 September 2022 in relation to the Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Offer Document.

The Board wishes to announce that the Board has today received a press notice from Malacca Securities, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Closing Date has been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 19 October 2022 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Tuesday, 25 October 2022 (“Extended Closing Date”). Save for the Extended Closing Date, all the other details and terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged.

The Notice in relation to the extension of Closing Date will be despatched to the Holders accordingly.

In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure on the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 7 October 2022 is set out in the attached press notice.
