We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 37,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CIMB by way of market making.

The CIMB-C98 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The CIMB-C98 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The CIMB-C98 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under CIMB-C98 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
