We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2022, 5 September 2022, 19 September 2022, 20 September 2022, 21 September 2022, 23 September 2022 and 7 October 2022 in relation to the Offer as well as the offer document dated 20 September 2022 in relation to the Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Offer Document.
The Board wishes to announce that the Board has today received a press notice from Malacca Securities, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Tuesday, 25 October 2022 (“Extended Closing Date”).
In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure of level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Extended Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
