We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the SIMEPLT Shares.

SIMEPLT-C13 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 15 December 2021 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. SIMEPLT-C13 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 December 2021, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 January 2022, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 27 October 2022.

SIMEPLT-C13 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of SIMEPLT-C13 is set out in the attachment.
