Free warrants issued pursuant to the bonus issue of 154,685,556 free warrants in Damansara Realty Berhad ("DBhd" or the "Company") ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares in DBhd ("DBhd Shares") held on 27 November 2017
Each Warrant entitles the registered Warrant holder to subscribe for one (1) new DBhd Share at the exercise price of RM0.58 for each Warrant. The Warrants can be exercised at any time during the exercise period as indicated above (Exercise Period) and upon the terms of and subject to the conditions and provisions of the deed poll dated 13 November 2017 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 5 December 2017.
