On behalf of the Board of Directors of Samaiden, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Samaiden proposes to undertake the following:

(i) Proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital and the outstanding warrants of the Company from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; and

(ii) Proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer.
