We wish to announce that IHH-C30 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 October 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM5.9676 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of IHH shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than IHH-C30's Exercise Price of RM6.50, holders of IHH-C30 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised IHH-C30 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the IHH-C30 shall terminate absolutely.
