The Board of Chuan Huat wishes to announce that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) had issued notices to the following dormant subsidiary companies for their names to be struck-off from the register under Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016.

1. Pemasaran Esyfence Sdn Bhd (“PESB"); and
2. CHRB Bahan Binaan Sdn Bhd ("CBBSB")

The strike-off shall take effect from the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 12 October 2022.

The above strike-off has no financial impact on the Chuan Huat Group.

Accordingly, PESB and CBBSB ceased to be the subsidiary companies of Chuan Huat.
