We wish to announce that D&O-CT expired at 5.00 p.m. on 11 November 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of D&O-CT x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of D&O-CT x (RM3.7507 - RM5.15) x (1/12)
= Number of D&O-CT x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM3.7507 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the D&O Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and D&O-CT shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of D&O-CT shall terminate absolutely.
