We wish to announce that ASTRO-C35 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 11 November 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of ASTRO-C35 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ASTRO-C35 x (RM0.6517 - RM0.99) x (1/3)
= Number of ASTRO-C35 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.6517 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the ASTRO Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and ASTRO-C35 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of ASTRO-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
