The Board of Directors of DSR Taiko (“Board”) wishes to announce that DSR Fruits Sdn Bhd (“DSR Fruits” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 November 2022 entered into the following agreements:

1. Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Ng Chai Go and Tan Pek Luan (“the Vendor”) to acquire one (1) parcel of freehold durian plantation land, held under the individual title No. Geran 4571, Lot 11310, Mukim Bentong, Daerah Bentong, Negeri Pahang measuring approximately 1.257 hectares in area (“Land 1”) for a total cash consideration of RM2,600,000.00 (“Purchase Price 1”) (“SPA 1”) (“Proposed Acquisition 1”); and

2.  SPA with the Vendor to acquire one (1) parcel of freehold durian plantation land, held under the individual No. Geran 4572, Lot 11311, Mukim Bentong, Daerah Bentong, Negeri  Pahang measuring approximately 1.256 hectares in area (“Land 2”) for a total cash consideration of RM2,600,000.00 (“Purchase Price 2”) (“SPA 2”) (“Proposed Acquisition 2”).

(Land 1 and Land 2, Purchase Price 1 and Purchase Price 2, SPA 1 and SPA 2, as well as Proposed Acquisition 1 and Proposed Acquisition 2 shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Lands”, “Total Purchase Price”, “SPAs” and “Proposed Acquisitions” respectively).
