Further to the announcements dated 7 September 2022, 9 September 2022 and 12 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of EHB wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 29 November 2022.
Following the completion of the Proposed Disposal, EHB holds 35% equity interest in 5T3M.
