We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of DAYANG.

The DAYANG-C26 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 May 2022 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DAYANG-C26 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 September 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 28 November 2022.

The DAYANG-C26 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2022 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 September 2022.
