APPOINTMENT OF SEMASA PARKING SDN BHD AS THE CAR PARK OPERATOR FOR MENARA SHELL AND PLATINUM SENTRAL

Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Sentral REIT has today awarded the contract for the operation of car park at the following buildings to Semasa Parking Sdn Bhd (“SPSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of MRCB :

  1. Menara Shell for a period of three (3) years commencing from 22 December 2022 to 21 December 2025;
  2. Platinum Sentral for a period of three (3) years commencing from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025

(collectively known as “the Transactions”).
