We refer to the announcements dated 30 June 2017, 20 July 2017, 21 July 2017, 7 August 2017, 22 August 2017, 23 August 2017, 24 August 2017, 15 September 2017, 30 October 2017, 9 November 2017 and 15 November 2017 in relation to the SCR (“Announcements”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of HCM, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR was effected on 22 November 2017 via electronic remittance or cheques despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders’ registered address last maintained with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd. In view of the above, the SCR has been completed on 22 November 2017. This announcement is dated 22 November 2017. |
