The GENTINGC2G is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENTINGC2G is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The GENTINGC2G is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under GENTINGC2G are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
