We refer to our previous announcement made on 26 March 2021.

The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad (“Deleum”) is pleased to announce that Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd) (“DTS”), an indirect subsidiary of Deleum, has, on 14 December 2022, received a letter dated 12 December 2022 from Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“PETRONAS”) confirming the following:

1. the uplift of the suspension against DTS effective from 12 December 2022; and
2. DTS is required to submit an application to renew its license for a period of one (1) year  in accordance with   PETRONAS Licensing & Registration requirements and subject to compliance with other terms and conditions imposed by PETRONAS.  

The Board is of the view that the uplift of the suspension is expected to improve the future prospects of the Group.
