We are pleased to announce that the SP500-H15 have expired at 9:00 a.m. on 19 December 2022 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount shall be an amount in the Settlement Currency (if greater than zero), calculated as follows:

The Settlement Level has been determined at 3,871.4700, being the final settlement price for the futures contracts over SP500 scheduled to expire on 16 December 2022.
As the Settlement Level is greater than the Exercise Level, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative. Warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
