LION INDUSTRIES CORPORATION BERHAD ("LICB" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 340,400,517 WARRANTS IN LICB ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN LICB ("SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF LICB AT 5.00 P.M. ON 9 DECEMBER 2022 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
The Warrants can be exercised at any time on or after the date of issue of the Warrants up to Expiry Date (both dates inclusive). Each Warrant entitles the registered holder during the Exercise Period to subscribe for 1 new Share in the share capital of LICB at the Exercise Price, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions in the Deed Poll dated 24 November 2022. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 20 December 2022.
