We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL by way of market making. The YTL-C55 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The YTL-C55 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The YTL-C55 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022.
