The Board of Directors of Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad (“DUFU” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that Dufusion Sdn. Bhd. (“Dufusion” or “the Purchaser”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of DUFU, has on December 22, 2022 entered into two Sale and Purchase Agreements (“the Agreements”) with Merbau Sejati Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No: 201401032015 (1108099-K)) (“MSSB” or “the Vendor”) for the acquisition of the properties as detailed in Section 3.1 [the “Acquisition”].
