We refer to AXIATA's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 6 December 2022 and 8 December 2022, respectively pursuant to the special tax exempt dividend under single tier system of 4 sen per ordinary share ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of AXIATA-HD. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of AXIATA-HD shall remain the same.
