We wish to announce that GENM-C1T expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 December 2022 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM2.6766 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GENM-C1T's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of GENM-C1T will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENM-C1T will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENM-C1T shall terminate absolutely.
