We wish to announce that DIALOG-C84 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 10 January 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of DIALOG-C84 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DIALOG-C84 x (RM2.4363 - RM2.8000) x (1/5)
= Number of DIALOG-C84 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 2.4363 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the DIALOG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and DIALOG-C84 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of DIALOG-C84 shall terminate absolutely.
