Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants of KPJ Healthcare Berhad ("KPJ") constituted by the deed poll dated 11 December 2013 ("Warrants 2014/2019") pursuant to the subdivision of every 1 existing ordinary share in KPJ into 4 ordinary shares in KPJ ("Subdivision") held by the shareholders of KPJ at 5.00 p.m. on 26 September 2017 ("Entitlement Date") ("Adjustments")
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the circular to shareholders dated 2 August 2017 shall apply herein. Pursuant to the Subdivision, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 20 April 2017, the exercise price of the Warrants 2014/2019 will be revised from RM4.01 to RM1.01 while an additional 259,226,010 Warrants 2014/2019 will be listed and quoted on 27 September 2017. The Adjustments will take effect on 27 September 2017, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Subdivision, in accordance with the memorandum to the Deed Poll constituting the Warrants 2014/2019. The notice to warrantholders containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of Warrant 2014/2019 in due course. This announcement is dated 26 September 2017
