Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad ("MCHB") constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 July 2015 ("Warrants-A") pursuant to the bonus issue of 147,778,258 new ordinary shares in MCHB ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) existing shares held in MCHB ("Bonus Issue")
We refer to the announcement dated 16 May 2017 in relation to the Bonus Issue. In accordance with the provision under the Deed Poll dated 20 July 2015 constituting the Warrants-A and pursuant to the Bonus Issue, the exercise price for the Warrants-A will be revised from RM2.40 to RM1.92 and additional 12,872,798 Warrants-A will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 September 2017 ("Adjustments"). A notification to the holders of the Warrants-A setting out the details of the Adjustments will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 21 September 2017.
