MATRIX-WA - Notice of Book Closure

Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad ("MCHB") constituted by the deed poll dated 20 July 2015 ("Warrants 2015/2020") pursuant to the bonus issue of up to 163,941,084 new ordinary shares in MCHB ("Bonus Shares") to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) existing ordinary shares held in MCHB at 5:00 p.m. on 21 September 2017 ("Adjustments").

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 19 Sep 2017
2)  The last date of lodgment : 21 Sep 2017

Remarks 1: "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 21 September 2017 with adjustment to the number of outstanding MATRIX -WA shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive MATRIX -WA additional shares may now sell any or all of his MATRIX -WA shares arising from adjustment pursuant to the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (19 September 2017). 

For example, if Mr X purchases 400 MATRIX -WA shares on cum basis on 18 September 2017, Mr X should receive 400 shares on 21 September 2017. Pursuant to a bonus issue, a total of 500 MATRIX -WA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 21 September 2017 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the MATRIX -WA shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 19 September 2017 onwards." 

Remarks 2: Up to 12,984,052 additional Warrants 2015/2020 ("Additional Warrants 2015/2020") will be issued and allotted pursuant to the Adjustments. The exact number of Additional Warrants 2015/2020 to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants 2015/2020 as at the Entitlement Date. The Additional Warrants 2015/2020 will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on 25 September 2017, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. MCHB's share registrar will issue and desptach the notice to the holders of Warrants 2015/2020 setting out the details of the Adjustments and notice of allotment for the Additional Warrants 2015/2020 in due course.
