The Board of Directors of Titijaya is pleased to announce a non-cumulative dividend payment to the holder of ICPS at a dividend rate of RM0.00015 per share ("ICPS Dividend"). In accordance with Article 4A of the Articles of Association of the Company, the ICPS holder shall be entitled to receive non-cumulative dividend in priority over the ordinary shares. A further announcement on the dates of entitlement and payment of the ICPS Dividend will be made at a later date. This announcement is dated 30 August 2019.
