Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Ajiya Berhad (“Ajiya” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Ajiya and/or its subsidiaries (“Ajiya Group”) had in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPTs.
