For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Company’s earlier announcements dated 9 September 2022 and 17 January 2023 unless otherwise defined herein. 

Further to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 9 September 2022 and 17 January 2023 in relation to the Licence to carry on Business as Labuan Fund Manager (“Announcements”), the Company wishes to provide additional information in respect of the aforesaid matter:-

1. The license to carry on the business as a Labuan fund manager is for a period of 12 months from the date of license i.e. 7 December 2022 and will be subject to renewal every 12 months from its expired date.
