The Company wishes to announce that PANORAMA TV, a subsidiary of the Company had on 19 January 2023 entered into a collaboration agreement with PT MNC OTT NETWORK (“Collaboration Agreement”). Pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement, PANORAMA TV and PT MNC OTT NETWORK (the “Parties”) wish to collaborate with each other in making the Services available for subscription by the Hospitality Customers in the region of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei (“Territory”), on a sole and exclusive basis and by the PANAROMA TV’s other domestic customers in the Territory, on a non-exclusive basis (collectively referred hereinafter as “Panorama TV’s Customers”), subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the Collaboration Agreement.
