The Company refer to the announcements of 30 June 2017 and wish to inform that the Company has yet to find suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of the Financial Controller and therefore the Company is still unable to complete the preparation of the 3rd Quarterly Results for submission. The Company continue to source for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies of the Financial Controller and Independent director and hopes to be able to fill the vacancies soonest possible.
