DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF BANK ISLAM WITH AN OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR INTERIM DIVIDEND INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF BANK ISLAM

We refer to the Announcements in relation to the DRP.

On behalf of the Board, AIS wishes to announce that the DRP for the interim dividend of 10.40 sen per Bank Islam Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, as declared on 5 December 2022, has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 88,736,000 new Bank Islam Shares today.

With the listing of the said new Bank Islam Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Bank Islam is RM3,845,586,268.
