We wish to announce that HIBISCS-C38 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of HIBISCS-C38 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HIBISCS-C38 x (RM1.1395 - RM1.00) x (1/1)
= Number of HIBISCS-C38 x RM0.1395
The Closing Price of RM1.1395 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of HIBISCS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of HIBISCS-C38 by ordinary post.
