We wish to announce that MAXIS-C33 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2023 (Expiry Date). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows: Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MAXIS-C33 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MAXIS-C33 x (RM4.0117 - RM3.20) x (1/3) = Number of MAXIS-C33 x RM0.2705 The Closing Price of RM4.0117 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MAXIS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of MAXIS-C33 by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 31 January 2023. |
