We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the SYSCORP Shares.

SYSCORP-CA is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. SYSCORP-CA is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 3 February 2023.

SYSCORP-CA is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of SYSCORP-CA is set out in the attachment.
