We wish to announce that MSC-CG expired at 5.00 p.m. on 10 February 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MSC-CG x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MSC-CG x (RM2.0466 - RM3.9000) x (1/10)
= Number of MSC-CG x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 2.0466 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MSC Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MSC-CG shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MSC-CG shall terminate absolutely.
