The Board of Directors of Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Lumayan Metro Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 13 February 2023 entered into a Turnkey Construction Agreement with Danau Lumayan Sdn. Bhd., appointing Lumayan Metro Sdn. Bhd. as the turnkey contractor to undertake, inter alia, the planning, designing and construction of the project for a total contract sum of RM948,129,815.00 ("the Project").
