We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 4 January 2023, 5 January 2023, 18 January 2023, 20 January 2023 and 16 February 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of Revenue Group Berhad (“Revenue” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company has received Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s request on 20 February 2023 for additional information in relation to the Company’s announcement made on 16 February 2023. The additional information is as follows:

1. The reason LSP & Co. is unable to include the thermal paper case in their special review.

LSP & Co is unable to include the thermal paper case in their special review as it is already under investigation by the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission.

2. To confirm whether the issues highlighted in the complaints on suspicious transaction involving payment by Revenue Harvest Sdn Bhd purportedly for the purchase of thermal paper rolls and potential case of misappropriation of Company’s asset (“Complaints”) are solely within the purview of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

The Company has made a police report on the above matter and will leave it to the police and Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission to investigate the Complaints.

3. It is noted that the Company had claimed breaches of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and Section 317A of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (“Breaches”) against the 1st Defendant and the 2nd Defendant as announced on 18 January 2023.

The Company intends to get the existing internal auditors or other auditors to conduct an agreed upon procedures to check all payments above certain amount to ensure that there are no further breaches.
