APPLICATION TO STRIKE-OFF DORMANT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 550 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016

The Board of Pineapple Resources Berha wishes to announce that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) had issued notices to the following dormant subsidiary companies for their names to be struck-off from the register under Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016.

Accordingly, SC-PNP and PST ceased to be the subsidiary companies of Pineapple.
