The Company refer to the announcements of 1 June 2017 and 5 June 2017 and wish to inform that the Company has yet to secure a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") within the month of June 2017 and therefore the Company is still unable to complete the preparation of the 3rd Quarterly Report for submission by middle of July 2017, as targeted and announced earlier.
The Company is still sourcing for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies of the CFO and Independent director and hopes to be able to fill the vacancies soonest possible.
