Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 August 2018, 28 November 2018, 27 February 2019 and 27 May 2019 in relation to the MOU between Harrisons and NEM (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
The Company wishes to announce that the MOU, which came into effect on 27 August 2018 for a period of twelve (12) months, has expired on 26 August 2019 (“MOU Expiry”) and no further extension has been sought.
Following the MOU Expiry, both Parties have mutually agreed that neither Party shall have any claim whatsoever, directly or indirectly, against the other in respect of the MOU. The MOU Expiry will not have any material financial impact on Harrisons and its subsidiaries.
