Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022 and 24 November 2022 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that the management team has participated in the “EV Conference 2023 – Gearing Up For EV Revolution: The Malaysia Story” (“EV Conference”), held on 14 February 2023, jointly organised by Malaysian Investment Development Authority and MARii.
With the participation in the EV Conference, Pecca will support the government’s initiative to achieve zero carbon emission by 2050 and will collaborate with other automotive players in the industry to venture into the electric vehicle related sector.
