We wish to announce that PENTA-C26 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 February 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of PENTA-C26 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of PENTA-C26 x (RM4.8852 - RM4.00) x (1/4)
= Number of PENTA-C26 x RM0.2213
The Closing Price of RM4.8852 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of PENTA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of PENTA-C26 by ordinary post.
